1. Commodities handled and Restrictions upon service: - Triplesept Air Cargo transports general cargo, subject to the following restrictions-
   • No Service shall be offered in transportation of any shipment which due to size and weight cannot be accommodated at the aircraft.
   • No transportation of cargo which are subject to regulations by the International Airports Travel Authority (IATA) or regulations by the (ICAO) International Civil Aviation Organization.
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) service NOT provided by Triplesept Air Cargo.
2. Refusal of Unsafe Shipment: - Triplesept Air Cargo reserves every right to refuse any shipment which by any reason is dangerous, liable character of contents, in the judgement of the carrier/forwarder, soil, taint or by any means damage other cargo or which is not packed/wrapped to standard.
3. Liability for additional charges: - The carrier/shipper/forwarder shall be liable to any additional expenses incurred by Triplesept Air Cargo in the transportation, warehousing or safe-keeping of a shipment to the shipper.
4. Interruption of Service: - Triplesept Air Cargo shall not be liable or responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay or non-delivery due to government requirements, mechanical difficulties, wars, civil commotions, riots, labor disputes, strikes, public enemies, weather conditions, act of God, absence of government approvals, quarantines, or any case beyond its control.
5. Payment of Charges: - All charges MUST be paid in full by the shipper unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipment. All charges are payable within seven (7) days of receipt of Triplesept air Cargo invoice.
6. Operational Factors: -
   • All Cargo are accommodated on a space-available basis. All shippers/forwarders will be advised at the time of booking as to the availability of space and appropriate shipment timings.
   • Triplesept Air Cargo reserves the right to open and inspect cargo.
   • No Triplesept Air Cargo will leave Triplesept Air Cargo control without prior approval.
   • The shipper/forwarder is subject to demurrage charges for any late return of Triplesept Air Cargo equipment in accordance with the International Airport Transport Authority (IATA) guidelines.
7. International Service: - Shipper/forwarder is responsible for compliance with all applicable Customs, import & export laws and government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which the shipment will be carried.
8. Rates: - At Triplesept Air Cargo, we always strive to offer quality, dependable services at competitive rates under the following rates Terms & Conditions
   • Rates are applicable to pre-paid shipments only
   • Dimensional weight is calculated as per IATA standards
   • Rates are NET/NET and are not commissionable
   • These rates supersede all previous rates and are subject to change without notice
   • Perishable rates are 150% more than reserved and priority rates
   • Dangerous goods rates are 125% of the applicable reserved or priority cargo rates
   • We only accept dangerous goods on pre-approval contractual basis only
   • All rates are in standard U.S dollars per kilogram
   • All rates do not include any surcharges

10. Triplesept Air Cargo Claim process: - Eventualities are sometimes inevitable despite high standard and careful handling of your cargo. In the unlikely event that your cargo is damaged in transit or pieces are missing, follow the process below to make your claim fast and efficient.The person entitled to delivery whether it is the recipient, or the consignee must file the complain to Triplesept Air Cargo, in writing, in the case of the following-
    • Visible damage to the goods, which should be done immediately after discovery of damage and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from when the goods was received.
    • Other damage to the goods, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.
    • Delay, within twenty-one (21) days of the date the goods are placed at his/her disposal.
    • Non-delivery of goods, within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of issue of the Air Waybill

11. Damaged Cargo: - In the event of a damaged cargo, the following documentation is required to process your claim with Triplesept Air Cargo-
    • Copy of Master and House Air Waybill(s)
    • Survey or damage report clarifying the damage of and possible salvageability of the said damaged cargo
    • Photographs of damage
    • Itemized vendor invoice
    • Original or photocopy of repair invoices if the item was repaired
    • Copy of receipt from CFS or Triplesept Air Cargo supporting that the shipment was damaged upon receipt
    • Letter stating the claim amount and details of the claim
